Subscription terms

Last updated 11 August 2026

These terms govern the Article 14 Signal subscription, supplied by Fortitude Omnis Group Ltd (company number 16862154), registered in England & Wales, registered office Office 20228, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA. You accept them when you reserve a place or start a subscription.

Separately, our legal & disclaimer page sets out what the product does and does not claim to do. Read it — it is the more important document for understanding what you are buying.

1. What you are buying

A subscription to Article 14 Signal, a module of OSPulse. It monitors your declared dependencies for exploitation and abandonment, keeps a timestamped record of when each signal reached you, and produces draft submission payloads for the EU Cyber Resilience Act Article 14 reporting duties.

It provides detection, evidence and drafts. It does not file reports for you, and it does not make you compliant. Meeting the Cyber Resilience Act remains your obligation as manufacturer. Nothing we supply is legal advice.

2. Price, VAT and what gets charged

  • • The founding rate is £2,988 per year plus VAT, billed as a single annual payment rather than monthly. The £249/mo equivalent figure shown elsewhere is a comparison only; it is not a monthly billing option.
  • Prices exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable rate where chargeable. For a UK customer at the current standard rate of 20%, the total payable is £3,585.60 per year.
  • • Reserving a founding place charges you £0 today and stores your card with Stripe. The first charge is taken on 1 November 2026.
  • • The founding rate is locked for as long as your subscription runs continuously, including after list pricing rises. It is limited to 25 places.
  • • Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.

3. Term, renewal and cancellation

  • • The subscription runs for twelve months from the first charge and renews automatically for further twelve-month terms.
  • Before the first charge: cancel at any time and you will not be billed at all. Email billing@fortitude-omnis.group or use the link in your reservation confirmation.
  • To stop a renewal: cancel at any point before the renewal date. We will email you at least 30 days before each renewal, stating the date and the amount.
  • • Cancelling stops future charges. Your subscription continues to the end of the term you have paid for.

4. Refunds

If you are dissatisfied, tell us within 30 days of a charge and we will refund it in full. After 30 days, an annual term is not refundable in part, except where the law requires otherwise or where we have failed to supply the service.

This is a product sold to businesses. If you are buying as a consumer rather than for business purposes, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of entering the contract; contact us and we will process that without argument. Where the service has already begun at your request, we may charge for what you have used.

5. Availability, and what happens before launch

Article 14 Signal is pre-release until launch. Features may change before then. If at launch the service does not do substantially what this site describes, tell us and we will refund you in full — a reserved place is not a commitment to accept something that does not work.

We aim for continuous monitoring but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we do not currently offer a contractual service-level agreement. Detection depends on third-party registries and threat-intelligence feeds that we do not control.

6. Your data and your responsibilities

  • • You keep ownership of everything you submit. We process it to provide the service and to maintain your awareness record. See our privacy policy.
  • • You are responsible for having the right to submit your dependency data, for the accuracy of what you submit, and for the reporting decisions you make.
  • • Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, or resell access without our written agreement.
  • • On cancellation you can export your awareness record. We retain it while your subscription is active and for a period afterwards as set out in the privacy policy — the record's evidential value depends on it being kept, so we do not delete it the moment you leave without telling you.

7. Limits of liability

We give you detection, evidence and drafts. We are not liable for regulatory penalties, enforcement action, or losses arising from a reporting decision you make or fail to make, nor for a signal a third-party feed did not carry.

Except for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud — our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost goodwill.

8. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. If a change materially disadvantages you, we will tell you at least 30 days beforehand and you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of the remainder of your term. Price changes never apply to a locked founding rate while your subscription runs continuously.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions about billing or these terms: billing@fortitude-omnis.group.
