Article 14 Signal is the front door to OSPulse’s CRA Article 14 detection module — a product of Fortitude Omnis. We built it because the hardest part of Article 14 is not knowing the regulation — it is knowing, out of hours, that your 24-hour clock just started.

Every incumbent’s exploitation signal is derived from CVEs. But the fastest-moving trigger for Article 14 exposure — a hijacked or abandoned upstream dependency — produces no CVE at the moment it matters. OSPulse already detects that class of event, and turns it into a timestamped, defensible awareness record. That record, not a checklist, is what determines liability.
